Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Director AI Product Sales to lead our enterprise sales initiatives across India and APAC.

This leadership role is focused on driving the adoption of our AI product suite including our SaaS NLP platform, Generative AI APIs, and AI infrastructure solutions within mid to large-scale enterprises.

Youll play a pivotal role in revenue generation, GTM planning, and client success while working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end sales of AI products across enterprise accounts.

- Build and manage strategic relationships with CXOs, CTOs, and technical decision-makers.

- Define and execute GTM strategies tailored to vertical and regional dynamics.

- Lead consultative sales engagements and close high-value (78 figure) deals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.

- Act as a subject matter expert and represent ChabezTech at key industry forums.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in AI/data product sales.

- Proven experience in selling platforms related to NLP, Generative AI, or AI infrastructure.

- Strong track record of closing large enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles.

- Ability to communicate AI product value to both business and technical stakeholders.

- Based in Bangalore or open to relocation.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
