Job Description:

We at Ambuja Neotia are seeking for a skilled and motivated incumbent for the position of Assistant Manager - IT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in SAP ECC and S4 HANA, with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Expertise: Utilize your experience with SAP ECC and S4 HANA to manage and enhance system configurations and processes.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Configuration and Functional Specification Documents to support system implementations and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departmental teams to identify and resolve system dependencies and ensure seamless integration.
• Financial Modules: Apply your in-depth knowledge of General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Profit Center Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting to optimize financial processes.
• Integration Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) integration to streamline operations.
• Tax Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of Withholding Taxes and GST to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Requirement Analysis: Independently interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose effective IT solutions.
• Training: Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively utilize SAP functionalities.
• Communication: Exhibit strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to self-motivated learning and staying updated with the latest IT and SAP developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP ECC and S4 HANA configurations and implementations.
• Strong understanding of key financial modules and integration points.
• Experience with documentation and end-user training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
