We are looking to hire someone to lead engineering efforts for an AI venture we have invested in. If you have prior experience building a venture or working with a company where you have taken the company to scale it would be a plus.


An ideal candidate would have the following:


Technical Expertise: Demonstrated track record of solving complex technical challenges with cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who can take full ownership of technical implementation, especially in scenarios where no ready-made solutions exist and innovation is required.

Multi-Tasking & Problem Solving: Skilled at managing multiple workstreams while delivering elegant and effective solutions. Candidates with a natural aptitude for problem-solving and experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments are highly desirable.

Hands-On Approach: Comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build rapid MVPs, driving immediate outcomes for customers and the team. A strong bias toward action and a willingness to serve as the team's technical anchor are essential.

Product Vision & Strategic Thinking: A keen sense of product development with the ability to balance short-term goals with a long-term vision. The aim is to gather insights across financial workflows to ultimately build a Financial AGI capable of advanced reasoning. The ideal candidate should seamlessly navigate immediate deliverables while keeping an eye on the broader objective.

Ownership & Independence: Highly self-motivated, accountable, and capable of making sound decisions autonomously. We value individuals who take full ownership of their work and thrive without constant supervision.


Work experience required is 10 to 15 years

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Engineering/Technology

Experience managing teams, external stakeholders and third party contractors would be ideal
