Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Collection Officer to manage recovery of mortgage and secured loan accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field collections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage accounts in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to follow up on overdue mortgage and secured loan accounts

  • Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts and customer interactions

  • Coordinate with legal and recovery teams as required

  • Ensure adherence to collection policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Provide regular updates on collection status to branch or regional managers

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections, preferably in mortgage or secured loan recovery

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Must be willing to travel locally for field work

  • Knowledge of local market and geography is preferred
