If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you As a Senior Care Business/Data Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business users and the data platform team. You will be responsible for capturing business needs, analysing data across care and operational systems, and contributing to the design of Visuals, KPIs and data models and reports that support clinical, operational, and compliance outcomes in the Senior Care domain.Why ValueMomentum? In this role, you will work alongside the clients and experienced data professionals and help shape a modern data platform built on Medallion architecture—serving a rapidly evolving and highly meaningful Senior Care domain.Key Responsibilities Gather and document detailedbusiness requirementsby working closely with stakeholders. Analyze and understand operational and map them to relevant data sources. Create clear and detailed BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and data mapping specifications. Collaborate with data modellers and engineers to support the design of both Silver (3NF) and Gold (Dimensional )layer data models. Define and validate key metrics, KPIs, and dimensions required for regulatory, performance, and clinical reporting. Perform data profiling and analysis using SQL and tools like Excel or Power BI to validate data availability and quality. Support UAT, testing, and data quality checks to ensure that delivered solutions align with business expectations. Participate in and support data stewardship workflows, ensuring proper business ownership and governance of data elements.Must-Have Skills 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with at least 2–3 years in the mentioned domain. Strong knowledge of Policy systems, workflows and compliance/reporting needs. Experience writing BRDs, functional specs, and data mapping documents. Hands-on experience with SQL for basic to intermediate data analysis and validation. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, KPIs, and reporting requirements in care delivery settings. Knowledge of Power BI, Excel charts, or other visualization tools. Excellent communication skills to engage with business and technical stakeholders.Nice-to-Have Skills Exposure to Medallion architecture or layered data platform environments. Familiarity with ACORD data standards. Basic understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines. Awareness of data governance and master data management concepts. Your Key Accountabilities Act as the voice of the business across the teams. Translate business needs into data-driven stories and support the team in realizing them. Work closely with technical teams to shape accurate, usable, and value-driven data solutions. Ensure business alignment and quality assurance for all analytical deliverables.
