Job Description:
Experienced Data Engineer and SnapLogic Developer with 6+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data integration and cloud data warehouse solutions. Strong hands-on experience in SnapLogic, Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, and Informatica, with a proven track record of modernizing legacy ETL platforms into cloud-native architectures.
Core Competencies:
- SnapLogic: Pipeline development, Ultra Pipelines, REST/SOAP integrations, API integrations, error handling, pipeline optimization, and task scheduling.
- Snowflake: Data modelling, ELT development, query optimization, performance tuning, and warehouse management.
- dbt: Incremental models, snapshots, macros, testing frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
- Data Engineering: ETL/ELT development, data migration, dimensional modeling, and data warehouse modernization.
- Programming: Advanced SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.
- Informatica: Legacy ETL development and migration to SnapLogic and dbt-based architectures.
- DevOps: Git, GitHub Actions, Liquibase, Flyway, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Real-Time Integration: SnapLogic Ultra Pipelines and event-driven data processing.
- Leadership: Mentoring junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating effectively within Agile teams.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable data solutions while driving ETL modernization initiatives using SnapLogic, Snowflake, and dbt.
