Job Title: Sales CoordinatorJob Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pmFreshers & Experience both are eligible.Key Responsibilities* Support the sales team by handling daily administrative tasks, including quotations, order processing, follow-ups, and documentation.* Liaise with customers (importers/exporters), respond to inquiries, clarify service offerings (freight forwarding, consolidation, customs clearance, inland transport, etc.), and maintain strong customer relationships.* Coordinate with operations, logistics, documentation, customs-clearance, warehousing and transport teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of shipments.* Maintain and update customer and shipment databases / CRM systems; track status of orders, shipments, and follow-ups.* Prepare and distribute sales reports, MIS, shipment status reports, rate sheets, and other sales documentation.* Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and tenders, when required.* Work closely with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance, customs) to coordinate pricing, routing, scheduling, documentation, invoicing and delivery.* Assist in maintaining service standards, compliance with internal processes/policies, and continual improvement of sales coordination procedures.
