Role: Inside Sales

Location: Gurugram (On-site, Full-time)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-Counselor to join our team. You will play a key role in building relationships with users and partners by communicating KLYM's vision in a clear, friendly, and persuasive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential users and partners to introduce KLYM
  • Explain product features and benefits in simple, relatable language
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and maintain CRM records
  • Support customer outreach campaigns and gather feedback
  • Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Confident, empathetic, and comfortable handling phone conversations
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
