As we continue to expand, we are in search of an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our highly skilled team. The ideal candidate will bring senior management experience in a Project Delivery, Technical delivery, dynamic goal setting, Team Management, Customer Relationship Management, communication, and leadership skills, and a proven ability to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries. The Technical Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with executives to strategize and implement long-term plans aimed at driving productivity and success for the company.


Responsibilities:

Ø Project Management:

  • Lead the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Ø Technical Leadership:

  • Contribute hands-on in development, testing, or architecture tasks as needed, leveraging a strong PHP full-stack background.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, particularly in AI/ML projects, and incorporate them into project solutions.

Ø Team Management:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of development and testing teams, ensuring efficient resource allocation and task prioritization.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Ø Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements to existing solutions.

 

Technical Skills:

Strong PHP Full-Stack Background:

  • Proficiency in PHP programming language and related frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
  • Experience in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Vue.js.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL for database management.

AI/ML Projects Exposure:

·      Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, with practical experience in implementing AI/ML solutions.

·      Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

·      Ability to integrate AI/ML components into software applications to enhance functionality and performance.

Exposure to cloud tech: Experience on AWS/Google cloud.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Leadership qualities, including decision-making, conflict resolution, and team motivation.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field. PMP Certification is plus.
  • 10+ years of Total experience with 5+ years of proven experience in technical delivery management roles in the IT industry.
  • Relevant certifications or additional training in project management methodologies or technical domains are desirable.
