Represent the company at hospitality institutes, career fairs, and professional forums. 4. Team Management & Reporting Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets. Maintain and present recruitment analytics and dashboards to management. Ensure compliance with all HR and labor regulations during hiring processes. 5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Liaise with recruitment agencies and consultants for specialized roles. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving manpower needs.
