You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies, create engaging posts, and manage brand storytelling across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves creative experimentation, and wants to learn how to build a brand online — from 50K to 1M+ followers.Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating and executing social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) - Brainstorm and develop engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with Eternz’s brand tone and aesthetic - Support in copywriting and ideating campaign content that resonates with the target audience - Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create high-quality visuals and videos - Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses - Help identify influencer collaborations, partnerships, and user-generated content opportunities - Track and report performance metrics using social media analytics tools - Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, and emerging content opportunitiesMust-Haves- Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta, and short-form content trends - Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and proactiveNice to Have- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite - Familiarity with video editing (Reels/TikTok-style content) - Experience managing personal or college brand pages with high engagement - Interest in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle contentWhat’s in it for you- Direct mentorship from the marketing & creative teams - Opportunity to manage live brand pages and campaigns - Learn brand building, audience engagement, and influencer marketing hands-on - Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, no-hierarchy environment where creativity thrivesAdditional Details- Internship Duration: 6–12 months (performance-based full-time conversion) - Working Days: 6 days/week – we believe there’s no substitute for hard work & passion - Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore - Selection Process: 1 round of technical/creative interview + 1 culture interviewTo Apply, fill this form - https://forms.gle/MdcprqY8hDMewS4P9Website: www.eternz.com
