The Company is a leading express operator, it quickly grew into a global logistics network with more than 600 offices in over 65 countries, that delivers logistics services and transportation solutions, with a range of specialized offerings like international and domestic express delivery, freight forwarding, integrated logistics solutions, consumer retail services, and e-commerce solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and obtain Tax Residency certificates for countries where required to avail treaty benefits.
• Review the related party transactions, tax notes and Financial Statements prior to finalizing accounts.
• Assist with compliance on all tax matters including review and timely filing of CIT returns, Transfer pricing disclosure forms, tax audit enquiries, Local files inter-alia including liaising with finance team and tax advisers.
• Prepare/review the Current and Deferred tax calculations.
• Assist with compliance on Country by Country Reporting matters, including managing the timely filing of Country-by-Country notifications.
• Assist with Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) and manage the filing of ESR notifications.
• Assist with FATCA and CSR reporting.
• Maintain status reports for all tax compliance requirements globally.
• Assist in any other tax projects, as assigned.

Ideal candidate

• CA with minimum 2 years plus post qualification experience in tax accounting & consultancy, preferably with one of the Big 4 firms
• International tax exposure and experience in corporate tax compliance as well as able to read, understand and review legal tenders/ documents
• Good communication skills
