Role Overview We are looking for adetail-oriented Order Management Executiveto manageMade-to-Order (MTO)and vendor-fulfilled orders for our e-commerce platform. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, third-party vendors, and logistics partners to deliver orders accurately and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Vendor CoordinationReceive and processMade-to-Orderand special orders from the e-commerce system Allocate orders to the correctvendors / manufacturerswith clear specifications Share order details, timelines, and quality expectations with vendors Timeline & Follow-upsTrack each order fromorder confirmation to dispatch Follow up regularly with vendors to ensureproduction timelines are met Escalate delays proactively and work on quick resolutions Process & TrackingMaintain aclean, trackable order workflow(order status, vendor updates, expected dispatch dates) Update order status in the system accurately and on time Ensure all handovers between vendor → warehouse → logistics are properly recorded Quality & Dispatch ReadinessCoordinate with QC and warehouse teams to ensure correct pieces are received Flag mismatches, defects, or missing components immediately Ensure orders are dispatch-ready as per promised timelines Customer & Internal CoordinationCoordinate with customer support for delivery commitments and updates Support resolution of order-related queries, delays, or exceptions Work closely with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams Required Skills & Experience1–3 years experiencein: E-commerce operations, order management, or supply chain coordination OR vendor follow-up / production coordination roles Strong follow-up and communication skills Comfortable working withmultiple vendors simultaneously Good understanding of e-commerce order flows Ability to maintainstructured data, trackers, and checklists Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset Preferred QualificationsExperience infashion / apparel / ethnic wearindustry Familiarity withShopify, OMS, or ERP systems Experience handlingMade-to-Order or custom products What We OfferWork with a heritage brand scaling globally Exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations Fast-paced learning environment Opportunity to grow into operations or supply chain leadership roles
