Job Title:Jr. Accounts Executive Location:On-siteAbout the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Accounts Executive who has working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and basic accounting procedures. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team.Key Responsibilities: Record and maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally. Prepare and post journal entries accurately. Handle GST working, including data entry, reconciliation, and supporting monthly/quarterly GST filings. Generate and upload E-Invoices as per compliance requirements. Perform regular bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies. Assist in applying TDS rates, ensuring correct deductions and proper documentation. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and update them regularly. Support in preparing basic financial statements and internal reports. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for accounting-related queries. Ensure timely documentation, filing, and record-keeping.Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com or related field). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Tally ERP. Understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles. Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and journal entries. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and time-management skills.
