Senior Developer

Developer (Python & PHP) with Data skills The Role. We’re looking for a full-time developer with strong Python and PHP skills, and a solid understanding of data, to join our small, hands-on team. You’ll work directly with the founders and existing development team, across the entire product lifecycle—from feature building, to bug hunting.This is a full-stack, data-heavy role, and we need someone who can move fast, think independently, and reason clearly about data, ETL pipelines and Business Analytics.A big part of this role is working with real-world, messy data: analyzing it, transforming it, and using it to power product features and decisions. You don’t need a PhD—but you should be comfortable thinking like a data scientist when the problem calls for it.  Tech & Other Requirements:Language proficiency: English C1-C2 levelTime zone availability: 09:00 – 17:00 CET (Central European Time) working hoursFlexible working hours can be arranged with prior alignment.Advanced knowledge of the following technical skills required:• Python (data analysis, scripting, back-end logic, AI, Orchestration, RAG)• PHP (Laravel)• ProstgreSQL / Data Modeling / ETL pipelines• APIs, Workflow automation Intermediate knowledge of the following technical skills required:• React, CSS Nice to have skills:• AWS Cloud & Dev Ops fundamentals• Ontology & Knowledge Graphs (LangChain, or similar AWS managed services) If you’ve worked with analytics, statistics, experimentation, or ML-adjacent tooling—great.
