Location: Gurgaon (DLF Phase 1)

Duration: 3-6 months

Mode: In-Office

Paid Internship

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution

  • Conceptualize and create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) aligned with current trends.
  • Shoot and edit high-quality video content using editing tools like CapCut, InShot,etc.
  • Develop engaging captions, hooks and storytelling formats to maximize audience retention.

Social Media Strategy & Trend Analysis

  • Monitor platform updates and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy.
  • Identify and leverage trending formats, audio and viral content styles for increased reach.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute platform-first campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work alongside internal teams to align content with brand objectives.
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions to enhance Pinch's digital presence.
  • Assist in scheduling and tracking content performance for optimization.

Engagement & Community Building

  • Support in managing interactions on social media platforms to build an engaged audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for content improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, InShot,etc.)
  • Understanding of Instagram algorithms, hooks, and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to shoot and execute content independently, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends, formats and viral content strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills for captions and storytelling.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and bring creative ideas to the table.
