Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in computer science principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on expertise in building scalable and efficient web applications. Familiarity with cloud services, modern frameworks, and development tools is essential for this role.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications that offer a seamless user experience. A strong understanding of AWS, Docker, Node.js, React, and database management is critical. The candidate should be self-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement new features and improvements.

- Develop and manage cloud-based applications using AWS services.

- Design and implement APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient and optimized queries.

- Use Docker for containerization and automation of application deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues in both front-end and back-end systems.

- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field. Master's degree from a tier 1 or tier 2 college is a plus.

- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development.

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies :

1. React.js (or other modern JavaScript frameworks)

2. HTML5, JavaScript, and related technologies

3. Strong proficiency in back-end technologies:

4. Node.js (Express.js or similar frameworks)

5. RESTful API development and integration

- Experience with server-side languages like JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Java

Cloud Technologies :

- Hands-on experience with AWS.

- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker

Database Management :

- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)

- Knowledge of database optimization techniques

- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
