We are seeking a talented and driven Agentic AI Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of building next-generation, intelligent, and autonomous systems. You will leverage cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to develop AI agents that can reason, plan, act, and adapt in real time. These agents will be deployed on Azure Foundry to power innovative "droid" and digital workflows across Indigo, transforming how our business operates. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in large language models and autonomous systems to create real-world, impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Agentic System Development : Design, build, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

- Backend Engineering : Develop and maintain robust backend services for AI applications using Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

- LLM Integration : Integrate and manage various Large Language Model (LLM) APIs from providers like OpenAI, Ollama, and others to enable agents to perform complex tasks.

- Tool Use and Planning : Architect and implement agents with advanced capabilities for tool use, multi-step planning, and managing conversational memory to achieve goal-based workflows.

- Azure AI Services : Utilize and integrate a variety of Azure AI services to build, deploy, and manage AI agent solutions.

- Workflow Automation : Develop multi-agent systems and goal-based workflows that automate and optimize business processes across the organization.

- System Optimization : Focus on creating efficient, reliable, and scalable agentic systems that can adapt and improve over time.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 3 to 6 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on building agentic systems.

- AI Frameworks : Hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph is mandatory.

- Programming : Strong proficiency in Python and experience with backend development using FastAPI or Flask.

- Agentic Principles : A solid understanding of agentic systems, including concepts like goal-based workflows, reasoning, planning, memory, and multi-agent setups.

- LLMs : Familiarity with various LLM APIs and a deep understanding of their application in building autonomous agents.

- Cloud Platform : Experience with Azure AI services and a strong willingness to work with the Azure Foundry platform.

Good to Have :

- Experience in developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Direct hands-on experience with Azure Foundry.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices, Docker, and Git for version control and deployment.
