As Plant Head – General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of plant management — driving operational excellence, ensuring cost-efficient production, and taking full ownership of P&L performance. This leadership role is central to optimizing productivity, safety, and quality while aligning operational goals with the company’s strategic vision.:- Lead end-to-end plant operations, production planning, and resource management. - Drive operational excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement. - Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. - Manage plant P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics to meet business objectives. - Foster cross-functional collaboration between manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams. - Build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and innovation across all levels.& :- 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant leadership. - No bar for exceptional candidates. - Experience in Solar / Renewable / Manufacturing industry preferred.GB Solar, built on the trusted legacy of Epoxy House – Vadodara, is among India’s fastest-growing solar energy companies.
