We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team, manage performance campaigns, and oversee multi-channel growth strategies.Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage & mentor a team of digital marketers and creatives. Plan, execute & optimizepaid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)for e-commerce clients. Develop and implementSEO strategiesto improve keyword rankings and organic traffic. Overseesocial media marketing– strategy, content, and growth across platforms. DriveConversion Rate Optimization (CRO)strategies to boost website performance and sales. Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-performing ad creatives & landing pages. Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights. Maintain regular reporting & communication with clients on results and scaling strategies.  ✅ Requirements: 3–5 years of experience inDigital/Performance Marketing. Proven track record of scalingD2C/e-commerce brands. Strong knowledge ofPaid Ads, SEO, Social Media, and CRO. Hands-on experience with analytics & ad platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
