Role: Node.js Expert (with MongoDB, JavaScript, MERN Stack, Module Management, and Application Development Experience).

Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs using Express.js for seamless communication between the server and client-side applications.
• Database Integration: Integrate MongoDB as the primary database system, designing schemas, and implementing efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
• Frontend Integration: Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with frontend components developed using React.js in the MERN stack.
• Module Management: Utilize module bundlers like webpack or Parcel.js to manage dependencies and optimize frontend code for production.
• Application Architecture: Architect and implement scalable and maintainable application architectures using the MERN stack, adhering to best practices and design patterns.
• Code Optimization: Optimize application code for maximum performance and efficiency, minimizing response times and resource usage.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and perform thorough testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the application, utilizing testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Deployment and DevOps: Deploy applications to cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku, utilizing containerization technologies such as Docker, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs, modules, and application architecture, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IIT/IISc/BITS Pilani only.
• Proven work experience as a Node.js developer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in MongoDB, JavaScript, and MERN stack development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js runtime environment.
• Experience with backend frameworks/libraries such as Express.js.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and database design principles.
• Experience with frontend development using React.js in the MERN stack.
• Familiarity with module bundlers like webpack or Parcel.js.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with containerization and deployment technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
