We are looking for smart Junior Manual Tester to join us at our Ahmedabad location. You will be responsible for performing quality control and automated/ manual testing of software applications. You will develop and execute test plans, create test cases, and ensure software meets quality standards. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting and reporting defects, and participating in the continuous improvement of quality processes.


Responsibilities


  • Perform manual testing on mobile, web and software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Execute test cases, document test results, and track defects
  • Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and debug issues
  • Report and escalate critical issues to the project manager
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control
  • Test cases preparation and test plan execution
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools like selenium or cucumber is a plus
