The candidate will have to undertake following:

- TDS compliance - TDS payment and TDS return filings for all Indian entities and also ensuring appropriate withholding tax compliance for global entities by coordinating to respective team and consultant.

- GST compliance - Needs to ensure that GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B filings are undertaken in time for all Indian entities along with making timely GST payment.

- Lower Deduction certificate (LDC) - Ensure to obtained LDC by preparing all relevant information and filing form 13 and ensuring to close all assessing officer's queries.

- Tax Litigation - Handling end to end litigation which includes drafting submission for each notice received, informing management about the impact of the litigation, updating case status weekly for tax review meeting, maintaining tax notices tracker.

- Preparing tax MIS as required for CFO and board of directors and providing all the support as required from time to time.

- Handling statutory audit, internal audit and any special audits requirements (including GST audit) as and when required

- Preparing quarterly advance tax, current tax and deferred tax working for all entities and ensuring to pass necessary tax entries.

- Undertaking 26AS reconciliation quarterly in coordination with Receivables team and passing necessary entries for matching cases to new advance tax ledger

- Handling day to day tax queries as raised by business teams, internal or external teams and resolving them within the specified TATs.

- Handling overseas monthly, quarterly tax compliance and litigations by liaisoning with respective teams

- Preparing 15CA/15CB as required during foreign remittances.

- Handling tax vendors management from Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, agreement to bill bookings and follow ups on outstandings.

- Undertaking tax audit, transfer pricing filings, TP study independently for all applicable entities and ensuring to file proper tax return for all entities

- Undertaking quarterly tax compliance reporting of all entities and providing complete support for closure of compliance reporting and deviations of all entities
