The Wedding Photographer & Storyteller will be responsible for capturing weddings and related events, turning them into compelling visual narratives. Apart from shooting, the role includes bulk culling and editing of event images, creating marketing content aligned with our content calendar, and supporting the post-production workflow across projects.Key Responsibilities:Event Photography: Photograph weddings and events with a focus on storytelling, candid moments, and emotional narratives. Ensure composition, lighting, and timing create compelling visual stories. Post-Production: Bulk cull images from events (shot by self or other photographers) efficiently. Edit images with a consistent aesthetic and high-quality finish. Maintain organized workflows for images and raw files. Content Creation & Marketing Support: Create marketing content (photo stories, reels, posts) as per the content calendar. Assist in conceptualizing visual campaigns aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with the creative team to maintain brand style and visual storytelling standards. Provide input on pre-event planning to capture essential moments.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a wedding or event photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling ability. Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, and emotion. Advanced photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects preferred). Ability to handle large volumes of images and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media trends and content creation for marketing. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a creative team.Preferred Attributes:Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to work in high-pressure event environments with discretion. Passion for telling stories through visuals and crafting unique wedding narratives.Work Schedule:Peak during wedding seasons for event coverage. Off-season focus on post-production, bulk editing, and marketing content creation.
