Experience Required : 2- 3 years of strong experience in backend development using Node.js.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.- Build and optimize RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.- Work with MongoDB to design efficient schemas, perform batch operations, and write optimized queries.- Implement advanced JavaScript concepts like Promises, async/await, and error handling.- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.- Maintain code versioning and workflow using Git.- Participate in troubleshooting, and debugging for backend-related issues.- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Must-Have Skills :- 2- 3 years of Node.js development with strong backend focus.- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB.- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and understanding of advanced concepts (Promises, async/await, batch operations, etc.- Strong knowledge of REST API development.- Experience with Git for version control.- Excellent verbal communication skills.Good-to-Have (Optional Skills) :- Experience with React.js or Angular for frontend development.- Knowledge of Elasticsearch.- Familiarity with microservices or serverless architecture.
