About the Role :


We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing web applications that leverage the power of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

While this is not a senior leadership role, we are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative and the potential to grow into a leadership position within the team.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly and responsive web applications using the MERN stack

- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle

- Contribute to all phases of the software development process, from requirements gathering to deployment

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices

- Utilize JavaScript effectively, including ES6+ features, to build interactive and dynamic web experiences

- Leverage React.js and its core principles to create reusable and efficient UI components

- Implement server-side rendering techniques for optimal SEO and performance (a plus)

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js for communication between front-end and back-end

- Work with MongoDB to design and manage database structures effectively

- Utilize front-end CSS frameworks and pre-processing tools to style applications

- Approach complex problems with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong debugging skills

- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest MERN stack trends and technologies

Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or a similar role

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment

- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take initiative

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features

- Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles

- Familiarity with server-side rendering and front-end build tools

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with Node.js and Express.js

- Experience with database technologies like MongoDB

- Knowledge of front-end CSS frameworks and pre-processing tools (a plus)

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
