Position: Backend Developer

Location: Bengaluru (Indiranagar), Full time. Hybrid mode ( 3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust backend systems for our consumer-facing application.
  • Architect and develop scalable microservice-based solutions to handle high volumes of user interactions.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our tech stack, leveraging NodeJS, Redis,GraphQL, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to integrate backend services seamlessly.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2.5-4 years of Proven experience as a backend developer, with a focus on building scalable consumer-facing applications.
  • Strong proficiency in NodeJS and NextJS, with experience in building and deploying applications on AWS.
  • Solid understanding of microservice architecture principles and best practices.
  • Experience with systems architecture, tech architecture, and business architecture.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in the Quick Commerce industry or similar high-growth sectors.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Passion for exploring new technologies and driving innovation.
