About the position:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Brand Advisor, who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the Luxury & design industry and its products and services, and the ability to create a strong positive perception of the brand .

This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/ convert sales.


Job Skills:

  1. Good understanding of Luxury, Design, Art & Craft.
  2. He or she will have to be an outstanding storyteller.
  3. Understanding of Brand principles and ethos, including brand positioning, values differentiation, & competitive analysis
  4. Experience in B2C dealing with UHNI, international clients & Interior Designers.
  5. Hands-on experience with Google Sheets or CRM software
  6. Strong analytical skills to understand Client lifestyle & requirements and should be able to convenience clients to close deals
  7. Willing to travel 2 – 4 days a month

Major responsibilities:

  1. Generating and converting inquiries into sales through in-depth knowledge about Brand Heritage, journey, products, and services. * Preferred candidate with a basic understanding of drawings & layouts.
  2. Handle client feedback & grievances professionally and drive solutions to the issues when necessary.
  3. Proactive sales, cross-selling & servicing through telephone, email, and on-appointment & virtual meetings
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall growth & development of the Brand.
  5. Preparation of client briefing documents and timely organizing documents required for client communication. Ensure that all interactions and communications align with the brand guidelines.
  6. Prepare presentations & keep database updates all the time
  7. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and anticipate challenges & potential client issues.
  8. Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction and all other pre & post-sales activities.
  9. Represent the Brand in International Art & Design events and private previews.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Education

Postgraduate in Luxury Management/Marketing or MBA in marketing or communications from a reputed institute. (Can even consider Interior Designer)


Experience

7+ years (preferably in the Luxury/Hospitality/ Interior Industry)
