Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Healthcare BV / AR Caller / Trainer in Bangalore. We are hiring multiple roles. As an AI Healthcare Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and assisting the Voicecare AI system in completing verification, prior authorization, claims, and other administrative healthcare phone calls through our proprietary platform. You will collaborate closely with the AI, operations, and engineering teams to train and improve the platform’s performance, ensuring accurate healthcare data collection and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Train and guide the Voicecare AI system to complete healthcare-related phone calls (e.g. insurance verification, prior authorization, claims). Conduct human-in-the-loop calls as needed. Analyze AI call performance, identify improvement areas, and provide structured feedback for better accuracy and compliance. Partner with engineering and operations teams to refine workflows and enhance conversational performance. Maintain and update data, documentation, and best practices for ongoing AI development. Monitor call metrics and ensure high quality assurance across all AI-driven interactions. Qualifications Must have 2–5+ years of deep experience in dental or medical call center operations, RCM, prior authorization, insurance verification, A/R Strong understanding of payer-provider workflows, RCM, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare data standards. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to details. High bias for action and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Candidates located in Bangalore will be given preference. WFH flexibility.
