We’re looking for aSenior Flutter Developer—a visionary, problem solver, and tech leader who can take complete ownership of our mobile product, build robust features, and scale it into a world-class fitness platform. Your Role Own the Mobile Product Lead the end-to-end development and maintenance of the WTF mobile application. Ensure world-class user experience and app stability across both iOS and Android platforms. Take full ownership of architecture, scalability, and deployment. UI/UX Excellence Collaborate closely with the design team to convert UI/UX mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces. Implement smooth animations, responsive layouts, and intuitive workflows. API Integration & Logical Flow Integrate backend APIs efficiently and ensure seamless real-time data synchronization. Architect logical workflows and state management using tools likeBloc,Riverpod, orProvider. Performance & Optimization Optimize app performance to ensure minimal load times, zero lag, and crash-free experience. UtilizeFlutter DevTools,Firebase Crashlytics, andSentryfor performance monitoring and debugging. Testing & Quality Assurance Implement unit, widget, and integration testing to maintain code reliability. Work with QA to ensure every release is stable, polished, and production-ready. Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, product, and design teams to brainstorm and deliver new features. Mentor junior developers, review code, and uphold clean coding standards. Drive innovation by introducing the latest Flutter trends, tools, and best practices. What You Bring 5+ years of mobile app development experience, with3+ years in Flutterbuilding production-grade applications. Strong command ofDart,Flutter widgets,animations, andcustom UI components. Proven experience instate management(Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.) andRESTful API integration. Deep understanding ofFirebase services(Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Push Notifications). Experience withCI/CD pipelines,Git workflows, andapp store deployment. Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Android and iOS design principles and platform guidelines. Ability to take full technical ownership and deliver under tight deadlines. Why Join WTF?
