As a Senior Product Manager , you will own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for features that empower creators, engage audiences, and unlock monetization at scale. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy Define and drive the product roadmap across creator tools, monetization features, and immersive content formats. Translate insights from creators, users, and data into product bets with clear ROI. Execution & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Growth) to ship high-quality features at speed. Own the metrics: DAU, retention, monetization (coins, ads), and creator satisfaction. Innovation in Microdrama & Gaming Build features that merge storytelling with gamified user journeys (coin systems, paywalls, reward mechanics). Create frameworks for cliffhanger-driven monetization, interactive episodes, and creator-led IP scaling. Creator Economy Focus Develop products that help creators build audiences, monetize content, and co-create with communities. Drive ecosystem integrations (wallets, syndication, licensing) aligned with Web3/Finternet opportunities. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a world-class product culture. Work closely with founders and leadership to shape company direction. Tools - Clevertap, Appsflyer, Firebase , OTT Platforms , Ad tags What We’re Looking For 5-8 years of product management experience, with deep exposure to Creator Economy, Microdrama/OTT, Gaming, or Consumer Tech . Tools - Clevertap, Appsflyer, Firebase , OTT Platforms , Ad tags Proven track record of scaling B2C products with millions of DAUs. Experience with monetization models (coins, ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases). Sharp product sense: able to balance storytelling, design, and data-driven decisions. Strong technical collaboration skills (you don’t need to code, but you should speak Engineering fluently). Startup DNA: high ownership, low ego, bias for action. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience in short-video apps, OTT, or social gaming platforms . Exposure to Web3 wallets, token economies, or creator monetization systems . Understanding of Indian Tier-2/3 user behavior in mobile-first entertainment. Compensation, Incentives & Perks Base Salary: Up to ₹30 LPA (depending on experience & fit).
