Job Description - Incubation Manager

CTC - (Remuneration will be based on the professional

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Building industry and need specific Start-up Ecosystem

- Developing Incubation/Acceleration Programme & Process

- Facilitating Start-up on boarding and daily monitoring

- Awareness of different Government Schemes available for Funding Start-ups,

Incubators & Accelerators

- Applying to source funds for start-ups (grants, donations, etc.) from Government,

Corporate/CSR, and other funding agencies

- Project Management

- Developing and managing relations with various funding houses

- Ensure smooth day-to-day overall functioning of the incubator, by coordinating with

Admin, Marketing, Design, HR and other relevant team members along with various

other departments of the University, fostering collaborative environment

- On Boarding Mentors

- Periodical Report Generation of Incubation

- Event Management (Planning, Execution & Management)

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the same field (in a University set up

is preferable)

- MBA & M Tech / B Tech (AI/ML experience is preferable)

- Comfortable in travelling

- Comfortable with Punjabi Language (will be an added advantage)

- Prior experience of fund raising in Start-up Ecosystem

- Excellent skills in the entire Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Power point, Excel

etc.)

• - Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability of Public Communication
