About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Admin Executive to be the first point of contact for our office and to manage day-to-day administrative activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier/letters/packages.
- Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance records, and meeting room schedules.
- Support administrative functions including stationery management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the front office and common areas.
- Handle basic documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth office operations.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is a plus).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
