We’re on the lookout for a dynamic leader to join our team at The Tech Academy If you have a passion for bridging the gap between education and industry, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Strategic Partnerships: Oversee relationships with corporate clients to align training programs with industry needs, targeting an ambitious goal of training 20,000 engineering students annually.
• Industry Liaison: Collaborate with companies across sectors (IT/ITES, BFSI, E-commerce) to curate employment-oriented courses that meet current talent demands.
• End-to-End Hiring Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery and effective hiring strategies.
• Implement SoPs: Follow leadership-guided Standard Operating Procedures to achieve smooth hiring processes.
• Promote Successful Outcomes: Develop and implement strategic plans, fostering collaboration and positive results both internally and externally.

Desired Profile:

• MBA/Postgraduate in any discipline
• 15-20 years of experience in Corporate Strategic Partnerships, preferably in IT staffing/account sales
• Strong understanding of technological trends and business concepts
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and leadership skills
