Talent Acquisition Associate

This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands cutting-edge technology talent, and can deliver results with speed and precision.Title : Talent Acquisition Associate Location: Hyderabad Exp level : Minimum 6 Months of experience is Required. What You’ll Do:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — for technical roles across AI, Full Stack, and Cloud domains.Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels ( Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job portals, referrals, etc.) to find high-quality technical talent.Technical Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical depth, problem-solving approach, and cultural alignment.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely delivery of top candidates.Candidate Experience: Create an engaging and professional recruitment experience from first contact through onboarding.Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and turnaround time.Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends, emerging skill sets, and competitor hiring strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.What You Bring:Experience: Atleast 6 Months of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably hiring for AI, Cloud, or Product-based companies.Technical Understanding: Familiarity with modern engineering roles, tools, and technologies (AI , Python, React, Node.js, GCP, AWS, etc.).Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Naukri, Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other advanced sourcing tools.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.Collaboration: Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver the right talent at the right time.Agility & Drive: High energy, strong ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.Why Join Us?Work with some of the brightest minds in AI & Cloud.Gain hands-on experience in tech recruitment & talent strategy.Be part of an innovative, fast-growing company that values creativity and impact.Opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.If you're ready to make an impact and help build an elite tech team, apply now 🌟About Techolution:Techolution is a leading innovation AI consulting company on track to become one of the most admired brands in the world for "innovation done right".
