Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central ConsultantLocation: HyderabadExperience Required: 5+ YearsMode of Work: Work From OfficeAbout the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on consulting and implementation experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic environments, understands complex business processes, and enjoys leveraging Business Central to solve real-world organizational challenges. You will play a key role in leading client engagements, designing tailored solutions, and delivering successful end-to-end implementations.- This is a client-facing role that requires strong functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Consulting & Solution Design:- Lead client discovery and requirement-gathering sessions to understand processes, challenges, and business objectives.- Translate business requirements into practical and scalable Business Central solutions.- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture and customizations.- Recommend best practices and industry-standard approaches to optimize client operations.2. Implementation & Delivery:- Manage and execute full-cycle Business Central implementations including configuration, testing, deployment, training, and go-live support.- Configure Business Central modules based on client requirements (Finance, Manufacturing, Warehousing, etc.).- Ensure all solutions adhere to quality standards, scalability, and maintainability.- Conduct user training, UAT support, documentation, and post-implementation evaluations.- Provide ongoing consulting, enhancements, and optimization services after go-live.3. Pre-Sales & Advisory Support:- Assist sales and business development teams during pre-sales cycles.- Participate in product demos, scoping discussions, and proposal creation.- Provide expert advisory on Business Central features, roadmap, and integration possibilities.4. Collaboration & Cross-Team Coordination:- Work closely with developers, project managers, QA teams, and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert-level guidance on Business Central functionality.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & Requirements:- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft NAV.- Proven track record of leading full-cycle Business Central implementations.- Strong knowledge and functional expertise across key Business Central modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Inventory.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and requirement-gathering skills.- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and deliver high-quality outputs.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint is an added advantage.- Understanding of integration methods, customization opportunities, and Business Central extension frameworks is preferred.Reporting Structure:- You will report to the Consulting Manager, playing a key role in delivering end-to-end Business Central solutions and ensuring high client satisfaction.What This Role Offers:- Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging Business Central projects.- High-impact client-facing role with ownership of solution delivery.- Collaborative work culture with opportunities for professional growth.- Exposure to a variety of industries and business domains.
