Job Summary: As the eCommerce Operations Manager at Weldots, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our eCommerce platforms and ensuring the smooth execution of all processes from inventory management to customer service. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, who can oversee order fulfillment, vendor relationships, and contribute to continuous process improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management:
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of our Shopify website.
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage relationships with shipping and logistics partners to optimize delivery times.
  • Monitor and improve fulfillment processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with Shopify and inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to learn and grow.
