What You'll Bring to the Table

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience:

• 5+ years in product management roles with proven success in B2B software products
• Background in HR technology, workforce management, ecommerce, or related domains
• Track record of leading products from concept to market adoption
• Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
• Ability to establish and measure product KPIs and business impact
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Cross-functional leadership with engineering, design, and business teams
• Knowledge of enterprise software platforms, APIs, and system performance
• Expertise in user research and customer discovery methodologies
• Proficiency in product analytics tools
• Ability to influence organizational culture toward product-led practices
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business functions

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research
• Build data-driven roadmaps with measurable ROI
• Establish and report on product success metrics

User Experience & Value Creation

• Lead customer discovery and user journey mapping
• Define user value propositions and adoption metrics
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams for seamless experiences
• Drive A/B testing and continuous optimization

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with engineering for technical feasibility and delivery
• Work with PMO for project coordination and communication
• Translate business needs into product requirements
• Align with customer success and sales for feedback loops

Product Management Excellence

• Implement product discovery and validation frameworks
• Prioritize product backlog effectively
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories
• Execute quality go-to-market strategies for successful launches
