Role Overview: Data Management Lead

What We're Looking For

  • Mandatory expertise in MDM & RDM – this is non-negotiable.
  • Hands-on experience with metadata management and data governance practices.
  • Prior use of Informatica governance toolset (AXON, EDC, IDMC) highly desirable (training provided if needed).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to influence, guide, and inspire at all levels.
  • Exposure to Agile project delivery in a data context.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.) and KPI frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and at least one programming language (Python, C, etc).
  • Bonus: Azure knowledge and external data enrichment experience.
  • Excellent communication, organised, results-driven, able to juggle multiple projects.

Good-to-Have Skills

Informatica Axon – Business glossaries, stewardship workflows

Any BI Tool – Cognos, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or equivalent
