About the Role:

At SSG Voyages, we simplify travel—now we're looking for someone who can simplify it for others too. As a Travel Sales Executive, you'll help US-based travelers plan their dream journeys—handling everything from flights and hotels to cruises and cars. From first inquiry to final confirmation (and even those last-minute changes), you'll make their experience smooth, satisfying, and stress-free.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage customer inquiries and craft customized travel itineraries
  • Book flights, hotels, cruises, and car rentals using real-time systems
  • Handle post-booking changes, cancellations, and special requests
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and help drive business growth
  • Keep up with travel trends, deals, and inventory updates
