Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and NLP specialists.

- Manage multiple NLP projects from conception to deployment.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Design, develop, and optimize NLP models for various applications such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and chatbots.

- Conduct experiments, perform A/B testing, and refine models based on feedback and performance metrics.

- Develop pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) specific to NLP tasks.

- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate NLP solutions into products.

- Strong leadership and project management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills Required :

- Proficiency in Python programming languages & SQL

- Text Preprocessing techniques, Text representation methods including BoW, TF-IDF, Word embeddings, (Word2Vec, Glove) and contextual embeddings (BERT, GPT)

- Advanced NLP tasks such as NER, sentiment analysis, topic modeling and machine translation, Speech to text and Text to Speech

- Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries (SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, Transformers and Genism)

- Deep learning architectures such as Convolution Neural networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Long Short-Term Memory networks (LSTMs) and Transformer Models.

- Framework for deep learning such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras.

- Proficiency in working with Large Pre trained language models (LLMs) such as BERT, GPT-3, T5 and other transformer-based models.

- Fine tuning pre-trained models for specific NLP tasks and domains.

- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure and GCP), and Containerization technologies such as Docker.

- Knowledge of RESTful API and microservice architecture for deploying NLP models.

- Experience in the BFSI indus
