We are hiring multiple SAP Lead Consultants to join a global delivery team working on a large-scale, multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation for a reputed international client. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity for experienced SAP professionals who can lead functional streams, drive solution design, and deliver complex SAP programs in a global environment.Role DetailsRole: SAP Lead Consultant (Multiple Positions)Engagement Type: Contract / Independent ConsultantLocation: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere)Duration: 12 months (strong extension potential)Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeksKey ResponsibilitiesLead one or more SAP functional streams such as FI, CO, SD, MM, EWM, TM, SCM, PP, PM, QM, HCM, or SuccessFactors.Act as the primary functional lead for the module, owning design decisions and delivery outcomes.Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with global stakeholders.Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business and program objectives.Produce and review functional specifications, process designs, and configuration documentation.Coordinate with technical teams on enhancements, integrations, and custom developments.Lead and support testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.Support data migration activities, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality and consistency across the functional stream.Required Qualifications6+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with proven experience as a Lead Consultant or Senior Consultant.Strong expertise in at least one core SAP module with good cross-module understanding.Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or major upgrade programs.At least one end-to-end implementation or global rollout experience.Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery environment.Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams and clients.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience leading teams on large or multi-country SAP programs.Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and structured delivery models.Experience with integration touchpoints across SAP modules.Industry experience in Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.Experience with data migration, group reporting, or S/4HANA finance transformation.Why Join This EngagementMultiple long-term roles on a high-visibility global SAP S/4HANA program.Fully remote contract with flexibility and work-life balance.Strong potential for contract extension beyond the initial 12 months.Opportunity to lead critical SAP workstreams on a global transformation.Collaborate with senior SAP architects and global business stakeholders.ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV at Careers@SkillsCapital.io
