Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Network Manager

Responsibilities

Provides technical leadership of networking methodologies and technologies and drive technical standards. Be a resource, consultant and technical leader to internal development, operations and support teams. Organize, review, write and publish technical documentation. Work as part of an agile development team to define, design, develop, test, and implement leading edge networking and security solutions. Analyzing requirements, designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise monitoring tools and the supporting infrastructure. Defining, creating, and maintaining processes required to monitor production and development environments to ensure a proactive approach for addressing alerts or problems. Contribute to the continuously evolving and improving development processes. Meet engineering design and deliverable deadlines with quality and with little or no supervision. Willingness to work in flexible shifts to assist team with technology operational duties. Provide clear, concise and timely feedback to management. Willingness to troubleshoot and support software application. Work as an on-call engineer outside of shift timings.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, or related field.

Strong understanding of networking technology such as SDWAN, routing, switching and Meraki

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong communicator – English in spoken and written form

Strong experience in CISCO Network support – Troubleshooting and projects

Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or similar
