With cutting-edge artificial intelligence, we strive to deliver reliable and effective surveillance solutions for our clients.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Scientist located in Kolkata. The Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data-driven solutions to enhance and optimize our Vision AI surveillance systems. The role involves working on computer vision models (YOLO, object detection, tracking, ReID, etc.), LLMs for multimodal applications, and fine-tuning/customization of AI models for real-world deployments. The candidate will also conduct advanced data analysis, design and validate statistical and machine learning models, develop scalable pipelines, and create intuitive data visualizations to communicate actionable insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and research) will be key to driving innovation and strategic initiatives.Qualifications Proven expertise inData Sciencewith strongPython programming skills(NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow). Hands-on experience withcomputer vision modelssuch asYOLO, OpenCV, object detection, segmentation, tracking, and ReID. Experience in working withLLMs and multimodal AI systems, includingfine-tuning and prompt engineeringfor domain-specific tasks. Strong foundation inStatistics, Data Analytics, and Machine Learning. Ability to design, train, evaluate, and deployAI/ML pipelinesat scale. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business impact. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in afast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Bachelor's or Master’s degree inData Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Experience inAI-driven video analytics, surveillance, or real-time computer vision systemsis a strong plus.
