Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to closing the requirement.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Identify and leverage various channels, including job portals, networking, social media, and head hunting, to find top talent.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze the needs of stakeholders and develop effective strategies to source the best candidates.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, coordinating with different levels of interview to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Timeline Management: Close requirements within defined timelines, demonstrating entrepreneurial zeal and a proven track record of success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 0-1 year in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agility and Proactivity: Aggressive and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and think critically.
