Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer (GCP) to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of hands-on technical experience in developing, implementing, and supporting software applications, with a strong focus on React.js and cloud-native development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be instrumental in building scalable, high-performance frontend solutions, integrating with microservices and APIs, and contributing to an agile, quality-driven development environment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance frontend software applications using React.js.

- Possess 6+ years of work experience in Front-end technology, specifically with React on GCP.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and interactive user interfaces.

- Work with Microservice architecture, integrating frontend applications seamlessly with backend services via SOAP or REST APIs.

- Actively participate in Agile project involvement for 3+ years, demonstrating strong understanding and practice of Agile methodologies.

- Practice Software Craftsmanship principles, focusing on clean code, testability, and maintainability.

- Conduct comprehensive testing, including Unit, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Possess experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and testing frameworks like JUnit and Selenium.

- Utilize code quality tools such as 42Crunch, SonarQube, and CheckMarx to ensure high standards of code security and quality.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React.js, GCP services, and frontend development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-12 years of overall experience in a hands-on technical role engaged in developing, implementing, and supporting software applications.

- 6+ years of work experience specifically in Front-end technology with React.js.

- 3+ years of work experience in Microservice architecture and consuming/integrating with SOAP or REST APIs.

- 3+ years of Cloud-Native Development experience on GCP (or similar AWS/Azure/PCF).

- 3+ years of work experience in Agile project involvement and adherence to Software Craftsmanship principles.

- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with Unit, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using frameworks like JUnit and Selenium (or equivalent for frontend).

- Good knowledge on code quality tools such as 42Crunch, SonarQube, CheckMarx, etc.

- Proficiency with development tools including GIT (GitHub preferred), Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills :

- GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Developer, Associate Cloud Engineer).

- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js).

- Knowledge of other testing frameworks specific to React (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design systems.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques for web applications.
