Job Title : Area Sales Manager – Business Loan & LAP
Location : Nashik
CTC : Up to 15 LPA
Industry : NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)
Reporting to : Zonal Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales in the Business Loan (BL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) segments for a reputed NBFC. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management skills and a robust network in DSA sourcing .

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage BL & LAP business across the assigned area.

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Officers and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and sourcing partners .

  • Ensure credit quality by adhering to company’s policy and guidelines during the sourcing process.

  • Conduct regular team reviews and market mapping to identify new business opportunities.

  • Monitor competition and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursals.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales of Business Loan & Loan Against Property .

  • Proven experience in team handling is mandatory.

  • Sound understanding of DSA sourcing model .

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills..
