Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating content strategies, optimizing social media content, and writing. The role also involves communicating with clients and working with internal teams to achieve client goals.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies and executing social media campaigns
  • Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics and provide insights for improvement
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develop content ideas
  • Manage Social Media Calendars
  • Copywriting for posts in various formats with captions
  • Create visuals through Canva or other creative softwares for posting
  • Take videos and photographs of products and services at clients offices or workshops
  • Develop copy that is platform centric
  • Have the ability to spot trends and develop quick posts that would align to clients brand products or service
  • Maintain social media decks with assets and insights
  • Client servicing for approvals on posts
  • Maintain Analytics & Insights for each client

Eligibility: 

Command of the English language and possess good copywriting skills for Content Calendar creation and Social media writing.

  • A good understanding of the Target audience and be responsible for growth with constant monitoring & analysis of campaigns.
  • Able to provide solutions for each client/campaign requirement. Should be able to troubleshoot easily and smartly.
  • Will also need to oversee day-to-day operations to run, optimise and manage stories and campaigns.
  • Native understanding of digital platforms with an emphasis on mobile, social & video
  • Creativity & ability to think outside the box
  • Creative flair: observe, follow & predict creative trends on digital platforms
  • Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
  • Should have a good aesthetic sense of using mobile phone camera for stories and reels
  • Good command of Canva or other editing softwares like Adobe Lightroom & InShots
