Job Summary
We are hiring freshers as Apprentice to join our Food & Beverage outlets at the airport. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. Apprentices will receive hands-on training in customer service, food handling, and outlet operations in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at service counters and dining areas.
- Assist in food preparation, packaging, and presentation.
- Operate billing systems and handle cash/card transactions.
- Respond to guest queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support stock management and daily inventory checks.
- Follow airport safety, hygiene, and security protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10 pass as per NAPS guidelines
Experience: No prior experience required freshers are welcome.
- Language Preference: For Goa Airport: Basic understanding of Konkani preferred.
Other Requirements
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Telugu for Hyderabad and Konkani for Goa).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Energetic, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Presentable and customer-focused.

Salary
15,000/- per month
