Position:Backend Golang Developer Experience:7+ Years Location:Yerwada, Pune (Hybrid – 2 Days/Week) Employment Type:Contractual Notice Period:Immediate Joiners OnlyRole Overview We are looking for an experiencedBackend Golang Developerto design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems and microservices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Go programming, cloud platforms, container orchestration, and DevOps practices. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and a passion for building high-performance applications.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintainscalable backend servicesusing Go (Golang). Build and supportmicroservices-based and event-driven architectures. Work withcloud platformssuch as Azure or Google Cloud for deployment and integration. UtilizeDocker and Kubernetesfor containerization and orchestration. Implement and manageDevOps/GitOps pipelinesfor efficient development workflows. Develop and integrateRESTful APIsand work withgRPCwhere applicable. Applysecure coding practicesto ensure robust and reliable applications. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization. Optimize backend systems forperformance, scalability, and maintainability. Ensureautomation, documentation, and adherence to engineering best practices. Participate actively inAgile development processesand sprint planning.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum7 years of backend development experience , with at least3+ years in Golang. Hands-on experience withmicroservices, event-based architectures,andRESTful API design. Strong understanding ofDocker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure(Azure, GCP, etc.). Knowledge ofDevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity withgRPC, secure programming principles,andAgile methodologies. Proven ability totroubleshoot, optimize, and scale backend systems.Behavioral & Soft Skills Team Player:Works effectively within cross-functional teams. Fast Learner:Adapts quickly to new tools, technologies, and environments. Strong Communicator:Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. Technical Clarity:Capable of explaining complex technical issues in simple, understandable terms.
